No theatre experience? No problem at all. We provide hands-on training through supportive "shadowing," pairing you with experienced mentors who will guide you every step of the way. Because our community loves to explore different roles — from acting and directing to backstage crew and board leadership — you will have a wealth of shared knowledge at your fingertips.

While putting on a production is a rewarding commitment, many of roles can be shared among a team to fit your schedule. Whether you have a few hours to give or want to dive into a full production cycle, there is a place for you here. ​
